1pinchred pepper flakes(add as little or much as you like)
3tspapple cider vinegar
¼cupolive oil*(*You can use water instead of the oil. Make sure you check the seasoning once it is blended)
Add lentils to a bowl and cover them with water (about 2 cups). Leave the lentils to soak for about 10 hours.
Drain the lentils and add them to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add a little water while blending to help achieve a smooth consistency.
