Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds , soaked overnight, drained, and rinsed
  • 1 lemon , juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • ½ cup carrot , grated
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a high-powered blender and process until smooth, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with your favourite sprouted breads. Refrigerate leftovers up to three days.
