Recipe Creamy Carrot Sunflower Spread

Ingredients
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds , soaked overnight, drained, and rinsed
- 1 lemon , juiced
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- ½ cup carrot , grated
- 2 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a high-powered blender and process until smooth, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with your favourite sprouted breads. Refrigerate leftovers up to three days.
