  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp strawberry jam

Instructions

For the PB, Strawberry & Chocolate Toast:

  1. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut cream. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir until creamy, adding additional coconut cream as needed.
  2. Toast bread to desired doneness and spread with peanut butter. Top with sliced strawberries and chocolate chips. Drizzle with melted chocolate mixture. Dig in and enjoy!

For the PB, Banana, Walnut & Maple Toast:

  1. Place 1 tablespoon peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and warm for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  2. Toast bread to desired doneness and spread with remaining 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Top with sliced bananas, walnut pieces, and drizzle with maple syrup and warm peanut butter. Serve and enjoy.

For the PB & J Heart Cut-Out Sandwich:

  1. Spread 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and then jam.
  2. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut a heart out of the second slice of bread. Place on top of the first piece so the jam shows through the cut-out. Serve to someone you love.
