“Sprouted Breads and Fruity Spreads Back-to-School Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Vibrant Health Products, Inc. PO Box 2250, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 4X2, Canada (the “Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules, which are available online at silverhillsbakery.ca/contest/. Entering the Sweepstakes constitutes any entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

NOTE: Although the Sweepstakes may be communicated, promoted, or administered by means of a third party such as a retailer or product demonstration service, the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any Third Party Service Provider, and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Sponsor and not to any Third Party Service Provider.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The entry period begins at 12 a.m. PT on August 1, 2026 and ends on August 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry who complete the entry form and consent to receive emails from Silver Hills Bakery and St. Dalfour, or who enter via alternative means, within the Sweepstakes Period. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

Employees, directors, officers, representatives, mandataries or contractors of the Sponsors and and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees or designees, as well as their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, parents/stepparents, siblings, children/stepchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal. The Sponsors reserve the right to require any entrant to provide proof of identity, age and eligibility to enter the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any entrant where such identity, age and eligibility cannot be verified.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

HOW TO ENTER:

Via Sweepstakes Landing Page:

Complete the form and check the consent boxes to sign up for Silver Hills Bakery emails and St. Dalfour emails on https://silverhillsbakery.ca/perfect-pairing-giveaway/ (the “Landing Page”) during the sweepstakes period. Once you have signed up for Silver Hills Bakery emails and St. Dalfour emails, you are entered to win.

Via Alternative Means of Entry:

Mail a standard-size postcard with the entrant’s name and email address to: Silver Hills Bakery, Marketing Department, PO Box 2250, Abbotsford, BC, Canada V2T 4X2. Postcard entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be included in the random drawing, and no more than one entry per person may be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limited to one entry per person regardless of which entry method is used.

ODDS OF WINNING: 

The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on total number of eligible entries received.

SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES WINNER:

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random draw on August 21, 2026, and contacted via their subscription email address no later than 7 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Upon selection of the potential winner, the Sponsor will send a message via email address provided by the potential winner in the Official Entry Form email address provided by the potential winner in the Official Entry Form, and the potential winner will have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received within 48 hours, such potential winner will be disqualified and he/she forfeits any eligibility for a prize.  Another potential winner will then be chosen in accordance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for Prize fulfillment nor for any technical failures relating to the Sweepstakes.

Prior to confirming a potential winner, the Sponsor in its sole discretion may verify the winning entry and the potential winner’s eligibility. The Sponsor will only contact the potential winner via email address provided by the potential winner in the Official Entry Form.

Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. Potential winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (“Release”) at Sponsor’s discretion before they are confirmed as winners. In the event a winner chooses not to accept his/her/their prize, is not in compliance with these Rules, is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond by the deadline set by Sponsor (in these Official Rules or in the winner notification), prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

One (1) winner will receive a prize package containing:

  • One (1) years’ supply of Silver Hills Bakery sprouted bread in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons (ARV $325 USD)) and
  • One (1) years’ supply of St. Dalfour spreads in the form of fifty-two (52) coupons (ARV $365 USD)) 

with a total ARV of $690 USD for all prizes awarded.

The Prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen. The Prize is not assignable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Except as otherwise permitted under these Official Rules, no substitutions allowed; however, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize with another item of equal or greater value for any reason whatsoever. The Prize is provided without any warranty of any kind. The Sponsor will send the Prize directly to the Winner.

For U.S. residents only: 

All federal, state and local taxes on the value of the Prize and other charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner. All other expenses of the Winner not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of the Prize and are solely the Winner’s responsibility.  The Winner must complete and provide to the Sponsor any tax forms or other information requested by the Sponsor in connection with any tax filing obligations.

Images included on the giveaway page or in-store signage may not depict the exact Prize, and are for illustrative purposes only.

PUBLICITY:

As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, the Winner, by accepting the Prize, grants to the Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, the permission and right to publicize, broadcast, display, and/or otherwise use the Winner’s first name and last name initial, city, province, biographical material, likeness, or other personal information  in any media, known now or hereafter, throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission, or approval of the winner, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL RULES:

By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Participants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware and data charges that may be required in order to submit an entry.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

  1. any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind;
  2. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or
  3. any other computer, network, technical, human, or other error, problem, or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners.

Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof), the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof).

DISQUALIFICATION:

The Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the entry of any individual found to be:

  1. ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes,
  2. tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Sponsor or any Third Party Service Provider (including, without limitation, the Silver Hills Bakery website);
  3. using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods, which will void all such entries;
  4. violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of the Sponsor or any Third Party Service; or
  5. acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

The Sponsor is not responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss, or misdirection of the Prize; participation in the Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information.

CAUTION AND WARNING:

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SPONSOR’S WEBPAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF ANY SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Except where prohibited by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, any Third Party Service and their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective agents and agencies, promotional partners, prize providers and partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties“) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prizes, including, but not limited to:

  1. unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
  2. technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines;
  3. printing errors;
  4. errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries;
  5. late, lost, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable entries, posts, mail or emails; or
  6. injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes.

Each entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Each entrant hereby waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Before accepting the Prize, a potential winner agrees to execute and return a legal declaration and release (the “Release”) that, among other things,

  1. confirms the potential winner’s eligibility for the Sweepstakes and compliance with these Official Rules;
  2. acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as offered;
  3. releases the Releasees from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of or resulting from, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims arising from the Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of British Columbia and federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules.  Each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or the Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in British Columbia.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:

The personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will

  1. be held by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy (available at https://silverhillsbakery.ca/privacy-policy/),
  2. be accessible only to employees directly involved in the Sweepstakes,
  3. be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of (a) administering and operating the Sweepstakes, (b) internal analysis of the Sweepstakes; and (c) if the entrant opts in, to receive newsletters and promotional emails from the Sponsor and its affiliates (the “Purposes”); and
  4. not be disclosed to other persons except to fulfill the Purposes.  

The Sponsor may also disclose personal information to any interested party, such as a Releasee, in accordance with these Official Rules or other documentation executed by any entrant in accordance with these Official Rules. Any entrant may access and obtain a copy of his personal information upon email request to the Sponsor at info@silverhillsbakery.ca or by calling 1.888.853.6466. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the Sponsor’s collection, use and disclosure of entry information as described in these Official Rules. Personal data entered online becomes the property of the Sponsor.
