Packed with fibre and garlicky goodness, this white bean spread is great on toast or as a dip for your favourite raw veggies or crackers.

  • 1 can (398 ml / 14 fl oz) cannellini beans (or any white bean (we like Eden organic)), drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove garlic , peeled
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • to taste salt and pepper


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. If it is too thick, add some water, a little at a time, until it comes together.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
