Recipe White Bean Spread

Packed with fibre and garlicky goodness, this white bean spread is great on toast or as a dip for your favourite raw veggies or crackers.
- 1 can (398 ml / 14 fl oz) cannellini beans (or any white bean (we like Eden organic)), drained and rinsed
- 1 clove garlic , peeled
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- to taste salt and pepper
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. If it is too thick, add some water, a little at a time, until it comes together.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
