How to read the production code on Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery products:

In the example code 11112222,

• 1111 is the time on a 24-hour clock (e.g., 11:11 am)
• 222 is the production date on a 365-day calendar (e.g., 222 is August 10)
• 3 is the last digit of the year (e.g., 2022)

We use a four (4) digit production code for product tracking our tortillas.
