3cupsrhubarbchopped
1hibiscus tea bag
¼cupboiling water
⅓cupmaple syrup
Instructions
Steep hibiscus tea in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and transfer steeped tea to a medium saucepan with rhubarb and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until the rhubarb is very soft, 15 to 20 minutes.
Add maple syrup and continue cooking until smooth and thick, an additional 10 to 15 minutes, stirring often.
