Ingredients
1can (398 ml / 14 fl oz) cannellini beans (or any white bean (we like Eden organic)), drained and rinsed
1clovegarlic, peeled
2Tbspolive oil
1tspfresh rosemary
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. If it is too thick, add some water, a little at a time, until it comes together.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
