Ingredients
2cupsshelled edamame beans, thawed and drained
2clovesgarlic , crushed
3 – 4Tbsplemon juice
¼cuptahini
2Tbspfresh parsley
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients in the jar of a food processor or blender and blend until almost smooth, leaving a slightly chunky texture.
