Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place almonds on a baking sheet and bake until toasted and fragrant, 7 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely before transferring to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until nuts turn to coarse meal then add spices and sugar. Continue blending until a paste forms then add oil and extract. Process until smooth. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate up to several months.
