Even meat lovers will delight in these delish, plant-powered kale burger patties. Our Vegan Garlicky Kale Burger brings together rich nutrition and fresh flavours—and you can make it with pantry (and freezer) staples all year long. Use up leftover cooked quinoa from last night’s dinner and that last scoop of hummus. Swap in frozen kale if fresh is out of season or you don’t have any in the house. Mix, bake, then stack it with your favourite burger toppings on a Silver Hills Sprouted Whole Grain Burger Bun (plain or with sesame seeds). The result? A stellar burger that beats anything you’ll find in the frozen food aisle or a better burger joint.
